#22255 M1.2 x. 25mm pitch Tap, aka: 1.20UNM Tap design: 3 flute Bottoming style with TiN coating made to DIN standards thread pitch 0.25mm threading length approximate 5.0mm / 0.200” , Shank 1.50mm / 0.059" made from hardened high-speed steel our taps are designed for production taping in Automatic screw machines, Tappers, CNC lathes and CNC mills. The coating used TiN (Titanium Nitride) very thin and smooth, increases tap performance and tool life. In our shop TiN coated taps typically tapped three times the number of holes. Overall length is 25mm / 1.000" threaded length (tip to end of thread) 5.00mm (0.200") lengths can vary slightly between batches. The price listed is for 1 to 9 pieces.
