    • Designed for Production Tapping in Automatic Screw Machines, Tappers, CNC Lathes, and CNC Mills.
    • The TiN (Titanium Nitride) coating is thin and smooth, increasing tap performance and tool life. In our shop coated taps typically tapped three times the number of holes compared to uncoated.
    • Overall length of tap is 35mm (1.378") (note we have had some at 25mm length) threaded length (tip to end of thread) 8.0mm (0.315"). Lengths can vary slightly between batches.
    • This tap has extra-long threading to reach deep into a part or for use on special applications.
