United Kingdom, we only ship UPS to UK. We stopped mail service due to new rules. The Cost on us as the seller because of new taxation recording and reporting requirements if we ship to the UK far exceed the value of the orders.

We offer two flat rate shipping options to United States addresses: Basic 1st class package with tracking $4.95 or Priority mail for a flat $9.95 per order. We try to ship all orders the day received workdays (Monday to Friday excluding Holidays) with a 1 PM cutoff time, Pacific Coast time.

Canada our primary shipping method is First class package mailing. With the following options, Free shipping on orders over $125.00, Basic Shipping charge is a flat $18.95.
International orders we offer a flat rate shipping option to selective by countries our primary carrier is UPS. Typically shipping cost is around US$59 to $80 per shipment actual rates can. If your country does not have a rate listed or quoted rates are unusually high, please contact us. We will review our cost and offer a specific rate for you based on address. Collect Shipping is not available for orders placed online. Orders with collect shipping need to be placed directly with our office in Seattle.
Returns Policy
If the item is special order or a stocked item with traceable certification, which includes All thread gages and most fasteners: screws, hex nuts, etc. we cannot accept it for return as we cannot restock or resell the product.
Opened Package; If the product is a "stock" item, the order is complete, unused, not damaged and resalable we will exchange or refund the payment less shipping.
